Because of its popularity, there were more and more jade carved horses in Han Dynasty, while there were more jade carved horses in Han Dynasty.

The head and neck of the jade horse are octagonal and oblong, with concave stripes on both sides of the nose as ornaments. The mouth is only represented by a straight line with concave cloud patterns as ears. Such a symbolic carving has the legacy of the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period. However, in the Warring States period, there was no horse head, so it should be used in the early Western Han Dynasty.

This jade horse head has black lacquer corpses. The carving is simple and bold style. It is a representative work of Han jade with thick and primitive smell. This simple and vigorous beauty is really a rare masterpiece!
