C018 Jade Dragon With Opening,Jue (Diameter: 5cm)

The dragon head is carved with mushroom shaped horn (formerly known as the horn of a female rhinoceros). This horn was only found in the Shang Dynasty to the early Western Zhou Dynasty. The back of the dragon has a variety of toothlike protrusions, and the whole body is carved with raised convex lines from both sides of the earth. The lines are more rigid, showing the simple, vigorous and stubborn style of the Shang and Zhou dynasties. The jade ware is round, and the head and tail are opposite to each other. They have the same pattern on both sides.

It is a board-shaped body with a high ancient and vigorous composition, bold and unrestrained sculptors, full and vigorous dragon shape, open mouth of jade dragon, and extraordinary momentum. The sculpture on the back of dragon teeth skillfully creates a sense of three-dimensional and level. The curve turning of patterned convex prose has a sense of rhyme and rhythm. Its ancient flavor, abstract and vigorous, reveals the beauty of natural simplicity, but different from its interest, it is a rare treasure!
