G018 A Jade Sitting Fairy Pendant (Eastern Han Dynasty, AD 25-220 )                                                           Height: 5.17cm,Bottom: Length: 2.85cm

The green-red jade, has a trunk-like perforation on the top of the head, and the back shape is rolled upwards. The back side is wound with a cloud pattern to create a pair of wings. This is a testimony to the concept of  "feathering the fairy" in the Han Dynasty, and the contemporary theological thoughts are rampant.

Under the abdomen, the fine lines of the hairspring are engraved with moiré, which is the hairline of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
